1ax Terms and Conditions

The key terms used in this Agreement are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the 1ax website, mobile application, and all related digital services.
• "User" refers to any person who accesses the platform or holds a registered account.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile, through which all services are accessed.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to the act of staking money by a participant in any sports betting or casino game.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers provided by 1ax, subject to specific conditions.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited into a user's account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create an account on the 1ax platform, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number and email provided at registration must be active.

2.2 Identity Verification

1ax reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If requested documents are not submitted within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended. OTP verification is part of the registration process.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login details, password, and account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 1ax support team immediately. 1ax will not be liable for any loss arising from sharing login details with a third party.

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit funds on the 1ax platform. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The balance is credited to the account once the transaction is complete.

Ensure that correct details are provided at the time of deposit. 1ax is not responsible for funds not credited due to incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.

Required identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. Wagering conditions must be met for withdrawals related to bonuses.

3.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that funds deposited on the platform come from a lawful source. If there is suspicion of unlawful financial transactions, 1ax is obliged to notify the relevant authorities and reserves the right to suspend the account.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

1ax offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; in this case, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount — i.e. ৳25,000 — must be completed.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for any bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The 1ax VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is paid at the applicable rate on the total net loss for the week. For example, a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

You can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with better benefits.

4.4 Bonus Misuse

If there is evidence of bonus misuse, claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, or unfair use of promotional offers, 1ax may suspend the account and cancel the bonus.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

1ax reserves the right to accept, amend, or cancel any bet. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, incorrect odds being published, or any other valid reason, the user's staked funds will be returned.

5.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, bets will be settled based on the final result announced by the relevant authority. In the event of any dispute over a result, 1ax's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, device failure, or any other technical reason, 1ax will determine the outcome according to its own records. 1ax does not bear losses caused by issues on the user's end.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1ax platform:

• Using another person's account or transferring an account to a third party.
• Attempting to gain an advantage using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Attempting to breach platform security or deceive the system in any way.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
